We offer complete installation services within the greater Los Angeles area. If you are outside of the Los Angeles area, please see our FAQ: How do I get my draperies installed if I order them from you but I’m outside your Los Angeles service area?

We work with customers all across the United States and there are two options for installation if you are outside of our service area:

1. We’ve made our Ready-To-Install (RTI) drapery line super easy to install yourself. And we’ve had people from all walks of life install these elegant drapes all by themselves. See this video for details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72EpmY7NhC0

2. Or we can tap our network to help you locate a competent local installer and work with them through to completion of your project. We’ve been in business for over 37 years and have a large network of professional installers all across the USA and most likely have someone near you.

No, you may take advantage of our stock program that consists of several items in different colors. Please visit our Stock Hardware Program webpage.

Our fabric selection is consists of luxurious chromatic silks, natural linens, cottons and polyesters.

This depends on the type of use. Most common draw drapes are made of polyester fabrics, however for stationery or side panels silk or natural fabrics are recommended.

Yes we have a full drapery and upholstery workroom and can cater to almost all types of drapery needs.

Custom drapes may take up to 6 weeks to complete and ship from the time all orders have been confirmed, this time depends on the type of the order.

We have a limited selection of fine silk drapes that are lined and interlined.

Our scrolls usually have a 3½” projection with an extension screw which allows them to extend out to 5½” long. We recommend these projections if you are only using 1 layer of window treatments, if you are planning on using more than one layer window treatments, we recommend that you order the 5½” projection which can extend out to 9”.

We make it very easy and simple and cost effective. All of our drapery packages comes with all the hardware and easy to follow installation instructions at no additional charge to you.

Our Holdbacks usually have 3 ½” Projection with an extension screw which allows them to extend to 51 /2” long. We recommend these projections if you are only using 1 layer of window treatments, if you are planning of using more than one layer window treatments, we recommend that you would order the 5 ½” projection which can extend out to a 9” projection.

The total widths of fabric needed is based on the size of the scroll. French Scroll- between 1 to 1½ Large Venetian Scroll- between 2 to 2½ Napoleon Scroll- 2 widths tp 2½ Victorian Ivy- 1 Roman Leaf- 1 Gothic- 1½ to 2 Caesar- 2 to 2 ½

Our initial phone and  video design consultation calls  are complementary and we work with customers all across the United States.

The best way to view fabric colors and textures is to do so in your own home. After our initial  video conference call, we will put together a color palette for you which includes large-sized fabric swatches and hardware samples that you can view against your walls and furniture to get the full effect of the materials and how they will compliment your unique home decor.

The best way to get a good feel for what our window treatments will look like in your home is to schedule a Free consultation call with one of our designers. On this call, our designers will recreate the rooms you are working on in 3D and then overlay the window treatments for you in real time. After our this initial video conference call, we will put together a color palette for you which includes large-sized fabric swatches, hardware samples and full-color illustrations that you can view against your walls and furniture to get the full effect of the materials and how they will compliment your unique home decor.

You are welcome to send pictures of your windows via email or social media in advance of your free consultation call with one of our designers. Please note that sending in your pictures does not replace a video conference call as there are specific questions that our designers will need to ask you live in order to provide you with the most appropriate designs, colors and textures for your home.

All of our custom drapes are made with fine quality lining to extend the life of your drapes as well as enhance the way they drape.

Most standard draperies vary from 84″ long, however we recommend that you use draperies that are 90″ long for a ceiling that is 8 feet high. The reason for this is to avoid having light come thru the top the window.

This number depends on the desired level of fullness for your drapes.
A standard fullness being 2.5 times, would mean that 2 panels would be required to cover a standard 45″ wide window.

Our Elegant drapery packages are available in small, med and large size and they are offered in 56 different designs. 

You may choose  any of your panels or valance and use our hardware, this is done when client have a particular type of fabric in mind. We will be glad to assist you in how to install or sew them once you have purchased our hardware packages.
